Requirements
- you will lead your team in ensuring each of our residents receive the highest quality, person-centred care
- you will help induct, train and supervise colleagues and junior members of staff ensuring they are confident in their role
- you will administer medications to our residents with the utmost care and attention, ensuring correct procedures are followed
- your main role as a Nurse in one of our Care Homes is to support our residents with their medical, emotional and social needs
- you will be aware of Health and Safety procedures required in your role as Nurse and ensure they are followed
- you will plan, implement, evaluate and record the care given to residents and make sure our residents' care plans are accurate, personalised and kept up to date
