Requirements

  • proven experience as an Electrical QS, preferably with experience in tendering new build and commercial developments
  • in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations and industry standards
  • strong understanding of quantity surveying principles, cost management and contract administration
  • proficient in using relevant software for estimating, quantity take-off, and cost control
  • excellent analytical and numerical skills, with keen attention to detail
  • effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
  • ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • surveying: 3 years
