Responsibility
- develop and implement effective coaching strategies to improve players' skills and performance
- plan and conduct training sessions to enhance players' technical abilities, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
- analyse individual and team performance to identify areas for improvement
- motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential both on and off the field
- create a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes sportsmanship, discipline, and respect
- collaborate with other coaching staff to coordinate team activities and competitions
- educate players on the rules of the game, sports ethics, and healthy lifestyle choices
Requirements
- previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in football, is an advantage but training will be provided
- strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young players
- sound knowledge of football techniques, tactics, and strategies
- A passion for developing young talent and instilling values of teamwork and sportsmanship
- coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential
