Responsibility
- all apprentices are required to join the two year Artemis Academy apprenticeship program based at our headquarters in West Hyde
- it is expected that all students will be fully qualified Arborists at the end of the 2 year apprenticeship
- carry logs and branches and process these through woodchippers
- to aid the climbers by filling chainsaws and ensuring ropes are free of snags
- full time Apprentice Tree Surgeon required to work in a friendly, tree work company in West Hyde, Rickmansworth. Due to insurance company restrictions this position is only open to candidates 18 years and older
- to liaise with clients and customers as part of a team
- carry out all tree work operations including felling, crown reductions and hedge trimming
- to learn all aspects of tree work with the view to becoming a competent climber
Requirements
- the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude along with good levels of fitness. No experience required
