Responsibility
- ARTBOX is looking for a Store Manager for our shop in Covent Garden
- helping to organise in-store activities to help drive sales
- managing a sales team on the floor, training and hiring
- maximising sales and profitability to achieve targets
- providing the highest standards of customer service
- to fill this position we require a person with intuition, experience in managing a team, amazing customer service skills and an in-depth knowledge of setting targets and training
- covent Garden is one of the most beautiful places in London and the opportunity to manage a bustling store in the heart of the city is like no other
- we are an independent company with a passion for the brands that we work with and require a manager to continue structuring the team and offering the best experience for our customers
Requirements
- extensive manager/supervisor experience of at least 5 years
- great communication skills
- well organised
- natural sales skills
- able to work on rotas and make sure store is sufficiently staffed at all times
- flexibility and availability to work during our Monday to Sunday opening hours
- intuitive and able to learn on the job
- energetic and enthusiastic
