We are offering an exciting opportunity to work in our vibrant business centre in Southampton working closely as part of a team with the Centre Manager to ensure the smooth running of the building.Responsibilities:Receiving visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of ArenaAnswering telephone calls and directing callsHandling of incoming and outgoing Licensee post and ensuring it is sorted promptly and accurately and delivered to the clientsLiaising with clients, suppliers and colleagues on a daily basis and creating strong relationships with those peopleMonitoring the cleanliness and maintenance of Centre and resolving any issues that arise during the dayEnsuring that any services used by clients are correctly and promptly rechargedCompleting all copying, faxing, laminating, scanning and binding requirements for clientsMonitoring levels of stationery and ordering as appropriateBooking and servicing of meeting room bookings including arranging catering and refreshmentsEnsure the company H+S policy is adhered tooTo maintain confidentiality and observe the company’s data protection guidelines at all timesTo be conscious of the way our actions affect the wider community and act accordinglyPerson Specification:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsConfident and welcoming individual who is always ready to help othersMethodical and organised with strong time management skills who works well under pressureAble to communicate effectively and influence others positivelyIT literate using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.,Takes pride in their appearance and conforms to smart standard of dress appropriate to the role and company expectationsCapable individual able to work proactively and independen
