Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • to work alongside the Technical Director maintaining and developing cloud services including Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Azure
  • provide professional, friendly and polite telephone, email and in-person support
  • work alongside the Technical Director developing cloud based projects
  • accurately document and update client information
  • develop Power BI for client integration of data
  • develop Power BI integration for client integration of data
  • accurately log, update and resolve support tickets
  • diagnose and resolve helpdesk tickets

Requirements

  • some knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022
  • excellent knowledge of Power BI required
  • good knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
  • excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Azure required
  • excellent knowledge of SharePoint required
  • some knowledge of Active directory
  • some knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps preferred
  • some knowledge of Office 365 and other mail platforms
