- operating of CNC with 3-Axis & 5-Axis precision
- study technical drawings to ensure production plans are followed to the correct specifications
- programming CAD drawings into Maestro software
- importing drawings in DXF format
- creating new jigs using dowels and cams
- set up tooling and fixtures for production runs
- manage stock of tooling items
- daily production management and scheduling
Requirements
- knowledge of running and setting CNC Machines with woodwork materials
- ability to read and interpret drawings
- knowledge of programming software and woodwork machines
- background in fire doors, furniture, and product design
- high personal standards of work and presentation
- excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- attention to product detail with a high-quality execution
- machinist: 2 years
