Responsibility
- assist the Site Manager in planning, organising, and supervising daily construction activities
- coordinate with Site Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project progression
- monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations
- provide on-site technical support, utilising your construction knowledge to solve challenges that arise
- assist in preparing work schedules, resource allocation, and material procurement plans
- since 1944 AD Construction Group has established itself as a well-regarded refurbishment contractor providing building maintenance services within the public sector, predominantly to local authority housing associations
- maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and records of site activities
- as a Site Agent, you will play a pivotal role in organising site functions, ensuring client satisfaction, and upholding the highest standards of health and safety
Requirements
- previous experience in construction or a related field, showcasing a solid understanding of construction processes
- strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
- demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards
- desire to learn and take on increasing responsibilities, aiming for a career path towards becoming a Foreperson
- proficiency in relevant software and tools for project documentation and communication
- relevant certifications or training in construction management or related disciplines is a plus
