- plan, research and prepare a file for all customer visits, to include compliance approved introductory letters and customer information sheet
- create and maintain a regulatory repository of relevant UK pension regulations and guidance
- enable business risk governance, through the preparation of materials and presentation of deep dive topics to senior management
- ensure outsourcing inventory and associated checklists are maintained and kept up to date
- support the maintenance and evolution of the integrated plan for the change and transformation portfolio, including dependencies and sequencing
- produce a post meeting report to include key information relating to property condition and health of the customer
- liaising with the Compliance Team re breaches and regulatory matters
- managing the BAU Implementation Steering Committee / Oversight Group
- provide policy interpretations based upon regulations

- engage with vendor management team and vendors to retain ongoing relationship & identify opportunities for product enhancement

- reporting to the Change Control & Triage Lead, the Change Control Manager will manage the change control and triage process for assigned initiatives
- ensuring correct and timely submission of FASL transaction reporting to the FCA via UnaVista, including regular reconciliation of data on internal systems and held by the regulator
- take joint responsibility for face-to-face LTM customer visits and to assist the Manager/Customer Portfolio with re-possession property inspections & administration work on occasions
- responsible for coordinating annual IMOA procedure review with compliance and risk
- drive risk management training and education to increase risk awareness of good risk management practices in the business
- actively raising awareness of Transaction Reporting across the Brokerage Hub and wider Operations department and encourage consideration of potential impact of other processes across Operations & Technology
- partnering with Compliance & Risk teams to ensure any upcoming regulatory change impacting the internal outsourcing procedures and governance framework are embedded and communicated
- explaining how configuration change is completed within the workforce planning tools, making sure colleagues can get the best out of the tool
