- intermediary between Customer and internal development, testing and support teams
- participate in core Sprint ceremonies as needed

- coordinate HR System projects with the HR teams and, in many cases, the wider divisions

- assisting wider MI team to build and deploy BI solutions and reporting

- management of maintenance through upgrades, support releases and patches
- act as the conduit between IT, Operations, Data and Finance teams ensuring requirements are understood and each stakeholder has appropriate involvement

Requirements
- knowledge of Salesforce and its cloud ecosystem
- minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst
- able to manage moving deadlines and changing priorities, and maintain a flexible mindset when managing conflicting priorities across the business

- significant Insurance domain knowledge of the London Insurance Wholesale processes covering Policy, Claims and Technical Accounting

- experience working on HR Systems projects
- good understanding of Insurance Operations, Data, Credit Control and Finance
- insurance experience desirable
- SQL skills including the ability to construct SQL queries, views, triggers and stored procedures
- strong understanding of the digital product development process, ranging from requirements and idea inception through to development and execution
- communication and stakeholder management
- proven ability in working across multi–disciplinary and multi–cultural, diverse environments
- demonstrable project management and business analysis skills and experience, ideally with certifications / qualifications or significant practical experience
- good analytical capabilities and strong data skills
- an understanding of messaging flows to and from broking systems within the London market
- experience of being solely responsible for the running of workshops and managing discussions with confidence and leadership
- good understanding of HR processes and data
