My name is Dr Husain Merchant. Please read this carefully and make an informed decision before you employ the services of this company.

Mr (deleted by the administrator) Aquatic Solutions Ltd
(company number 12159049) and his wife, Mrs(deleted by the administrator) were contracted by me in writing, in February this year, to supply and install a marine reef aqaurium, together with fitted cabinetry and full equipment, to be completed within a month and then extended to the 31/5/2024. They insisted on an upfront payment of 2000 GBP, as a downpayment for materials for the duration of the contract. To date, they have supplied a partially built cabinet, and a poorly fitting sump, that have been described by a reputable Installer as unfit for purpose. Essentially, they have started the contract and then ran off with the downpayment. I have since found out that they have developed a reputation in the trade for scamming clients. I have therefore issued a County Court Summons today, for full reimbursement of my downpayment of 2000 GBP i.e. I am suing (deleted by the administrator), along with their company.

I will update this post to let you all know the outcome of the Court case.
