Responsibility

  • deliver high quality swimming lessons in the water
  • develop and adapt lessons based on the swimmers needs whilst assisting them to improve their swimming skills
  • maintaining a safe and secure swimming environment to ensure that the welfare of swimmers is paramount
  • ensure that the swimming pool area and equipment is clean and organised before and after lessons
  • attend all relevant staff training
