I recently stayed at a property managed by Kristian Kennerley and had a very disappointing experience. The property is/was hugely misrepresented, way too expensive, and dirty. When I informed Kris about the cleanliness issue, he brought his mum in to clean it!! So unprofessional. Additionally, Kris was the worst at communication and charged me rent outside of Airbnb, also collected a deposit that he is now unlawfully withholding.
