- we are a 23 bed, Dementia Residential care home based in Barton-on-Sea Hampshire, whilst the home itself is long standing, We have a new owner & Management in place
- we are looking to grow our existing team, we are looking for compassionate & empathetic individuals to join us, we can share our knowledge and experience, teach you the ropes with training but at the core of our values compassion & empathy - that comes from within

- assist with daily living activities, including personal care and medication management
- maintain accurate documentation of services provided and any changes in the individual's condition
Requirements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively to lead and be a part of a team
- empathy and compassion for individuals with Cognitive impairment
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of individuals
- basic computer skills for documentation purposes
