Responsibility

• servicing lettings including arranging and carrying out property inspections, managing tenancy renewals and deposit negotiations
• assisting both the Sales and Lettings teams in the day to day running of the departments
• arranging inventories, gas safety certificates, EPCs and all other legal documentation to ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislation
