- all management aspects of the development are the responsibility of the Property Manager
- the Property Manager is responsible for the day to day management and client relationship of a portfolio of developments defined within a geographical location
- the portfolio is likely to comprise of a mix of property types and you are likely to be working with a variety of different clients
- the role of the Property Manager is varied, the list of expected responsibilities are listed below and additional tasks may be added at any time
- managing and exercising full control of service charge expenditure, overseeing the financial health of the development, and taking the appropriate action if needed and ensuring that expenditure remains within budget
- running company meetings, such as AGM’s or EGM’s
- ensuring that the Group’s Health and Safety Policy is adhered to in respect of the Company’s responsibilities to management companies, leaseholders, and site staff
- attending legal proceedings in respect of debt recovery/breach of lease actions
Requirements
- previous experience in property management
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
