Responsibility

  • IT Support Engineer required for a growing, local IT company based in the Norwich area
  • you would be responsible for providing IT Support across all aspects of the business
  • the Job entails
  • answering telephone calls and emails from clients reporting IT issues
  • logging support issues on our CRM Platform
  • providing 1st line support to clients by resolving IT issues using Remote Desktop control software
  • perform regular checks of client's IT infrastructures to ensure their systems are proactively managed therefore preventing problems before they occur
  • on Site visits to install Servers or new IT equipment

Requirements

  • IT Support: 2 years
