Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- angel Care North Limited is a well established family run Business based in Whickham
- one week office based second week is community based working on a two week rota system
- must hold a level 3 qualification in Care
- as a Co-ordinator and due to the nature of the job role a
- we are looking for an experienced hard working Care co-ordinator to join our team and work closely with our Staff, Service users
- we want our co-ordinator to be able to have compassion and empathy, be flexible and be able to guide our team to carry on their outstanding care they deliver in the best possible way
- our co-ordinators must be understanding and have the knowledge required to make sure our company develops and grows while keeping our excellent reputation
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- be with working hours and be able to cover shifts at short notice
- complete the staff rotas
- provide support to the staff out of office hours and weekends via the on call duty phone
- cover holidays
- you must have good communication skills and be able to work alongside your colleges in a polite and professional manner
- it is important you have the ability to multitask and are well organised
- providing care: 1 year
- ensure all paperwork in care plans are up to date
