- manage/monitor contract operation within budget contract specification
- continuously develop and improve quality and hygiene standards
- monitor customer requirements and demands
- keep up to date with changes in legislation and implement accordingly
- meet client and company expectations through management of KPIs and SLAs
- recruit, train and motivate operational staff and create a culture of development from within
