Responsibility
manage all aspects of the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently
reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledgers
prepare financial reports for management review
utilise accounting software such as Sage, and Xero to record transactions
we are seeking a part time Bookkeeper to join our team in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions, working with a variety of different businesses
Requirements
proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
proficiency in using accounting software
strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures
excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
