- salary between £38,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience
- the position would ideally suit an experienced Manager or Deputy Manager looking to further their career
- amber Care Group is a provider of supported Living Services within the North East & West whom are now expanding in to Residential Childcare & are seeking to appoint an experienced Manager to oversee & lead practise & deliver outstanding outcomes to Children & Young people within our children's home
- the ideal candidate will have a great deal of experience working within Ofsted regulated services & a good understanding of the Children's Homes Regulation's 2015 & Care Quality Standards
Requirements
- leading & Managing Staff Members
- level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
- auditing & Monitoring of staff practise
- driving License & own transport
- willing to complete Registration with Ofsted
- previous Registration experience with Ofsted
- good understanding of Children's Homes Regulation's 2015
- experience in completion of Rota's
