- we are seeking a dynamic and driven Branch Manager Designate to join our team in Hastings

- you will support your Branch Manager to maximise profitability and achieve objectives set by the business
- our working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5.00 pm & every other Saturday 8.00 am to 1.00pm

- providing a best-in-class service and keeping colleagues and customers safe at all times is a core part of your position
- ideally experience in trade, builders merchant or retail store management for a minimum of 2-3 years

- education/Qualifications/Experience: Branch Managers need to have a good level of education and/or equivalent qualification as appropriate for the role
- ability to interpret and understand figures and act upon the interpretations

- leading, coaching, training and developing your team is a key part of the role, to ensure that staff get the appropriate support and are given suitable training opportunities to progress their team and branch to the next level and beyond

Requirements
- merchant experience is preferable but not essential. A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience is a must
