- taking settle payments and dealing with settle queries
- handling partner driver recruitment calls
- guiding candidates through the badge application process which includes VRQ course, medical assessment and DBS application
- booking candidates onto VRQ courses
- monitoring partner driver support team email & partner driver portal
- updating and monitoring partner driver documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- handle and respond to all partner driver requests, issues & queries from all sources i.e. face to face, phone, email and portal
- conduct partner driver inductions for new partner drivers and create their driver profile
Requirements
- full & clean driving license
- managerial experience preferred but not essential
- excellent communication, oral and written
- excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels
- excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively
- being adaptable and willing to learn new techniques & processes as the market is constantly changing
- IT literate with a good base knowledge of Microsoft applications
- excellent problem solving skills
