Requirements
the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential
you will be required to administer medication, complete cleaning and household tasks and provide support to clients through the day or night when required
you will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines. This role includes observing, monitoring and recording client information, providing support
experience with Mental Health is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided and we will support you through your Health and Social Care qualifications
Responsibility
we're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to assist our clients with daily living skills and supporting them to live independently in their community in and around Greater Manchester
shifts include mornings, lates, nights and sleep-ins. You will also need to work alternate weekends and have a flexible approach to work. Both part-time and full-time hours are available
