- full-time
Requirements
- the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential
- you will be required to administer medication, complete cleaning and household tasks and provide support to clients through the day or night when required
- you will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines. This role includes observing, monitoring and recording client information, providing support
- experience with Mental Health is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided and we will support you through your Health and Social Care qualifications
Responsibility
- we're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to assist our clients with daily living skills and supporting them to live independently in their community in and around Greater Manchester
- shifts include mornings, lates, nights and sleep-ins. You will also need to work alternate weekends and have a flexible approach to work. Both part-time and full-time hours are available
