I have had such a positive experience with Allied Engines and their entire staff. Shahid the lead technician is very knowledgeable, patient and committed to resolving any challenges that came with my Mercedes CLS 2013 engine. They helped me to tow it from Northampton to their site, they stripped down the engine and found out that my block was damaged. They rebuilt my entire engine from scratch, replacing the crankshaft and all of its components. They also changed my Manifold and turbo charges (at my cost as this is not included in the rebuild). They went through painstakingly to identify that one of my turbo sensors and the other in the exhaust was not working and they sorted this out. The car now drives like "heaven" as smooth and powerful. I also want to add that Shahid was very accommodating of all the questions I asked. I will definitely go to Allied Engines again and recommend them for your engines!
Excellent bunch of people, had multiple experience with them now, they’re my permanent mechanics, had some issue with our first job, but wasn’t their fault as they outsource their vehicle recovery guys.
Experienced, Professional & Punctual.. I live in Surrey but I use these guys for my 4x4 vehicle services and repairs.. that’s how good they are.
What specific projects or tasks would a person be working on as an intern at ALLIED ENGINES?
I had my kid who did some work experience at these guys to learn more about mechanical car repairs etc back in January.
What do you and the Wholesale & Retail Trade team at ALLIED ENGINES from Grays usually do for lunch?
Is teamwork an important aspect when trying to get a job in the company in Grays?
