Responsibility
- alistair Young Engineering Ltd is a family run business with over 40 years experience in the industry
- lead and grow the Parts side of the business
- provide support for Sales and Service department
- achieve and maintain KPI's
- ensure accurate stock control
- key contact for Suppliers and Customers
- we hold premium franchises including Valtra, McHale, Krone, Bobcat, Richard Western, JPM, Quicke, KRM, Bomford, Hi-Spec and Väderstad - providing full sales and aftersales support to a wide range of industries
- due to internal progression, we require a Parts Manager for our highly successful Parts Department. This position would suit an experienced Parts Advisor / Parts Manager who is highly motivated with the ability to manage and grow the department
Requirements
- highly organised and able to multi-task
- great attention to detail
- ability to work as an individual under own initiative
- ability to work extended hours and weekends
- excellent IT skills
- full UK driving licence
- ability to work well under-pressure
- excellent customer service and communication
