- oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores within a 30-mile radius of Dunfermline
- ensure stores maintain a high standard of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organisation
- monitor Inventory levels, stock rotation, and replenishment to prevent any unexpected situations
- alexander Steele are on the lookout for a driven Retail Area Manager to join a retailer in fife. The position consists of managing and developing the stores across Fife and surrounding Areas
- ensure sales targets, KPI’s and other performance metrics are met and passed down through store managers
- implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
- promote and maintain a culture of exceptional customer service among store employees to ensure customer satisfaction
- the position requires a hands on and driven person who can lead the stores by example and get stuck in when required
