Responsibility

  • we are a long-established, family-run restaurant in the heart of Brighton and are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef
  • working closely with your team, you’ll ensure Healt ood Safety practises are followed and daily records are maintained and kept up-to-date
  • to ensure a good work-life balance, there's also flexibility to work set shifts if this is preferred
  • we are a long-established, family-run restaurant in the heart of Brighton and are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team
