- be responsible for ensuring that procedures and briefings for the security staff remain current and up to date
- responsible to: Director of Operations
- plan and direct the local operations of the Akon personnel to ensure compliance with standards and operating procedures and the requirements of the contract
- resolve all operational problems within your operational area and prepare responses within established timeframes to all service complaints
