Responsibility

prepare the monthly management accounts for 3 business entities
ensure accurate reporting to Directors on a monthly basis to agree upon deadlines
prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts
preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations and other month end control files
manage compliance with tax, VAT, and other statutory reporting deadlines
ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
support with the year end audit process and be the key point of contact with the auditors throughout
communicate with Directors and other senior management within the business on day-to-day activities and on findings from analysis/ review of accounts or ad hoc requests

fully Qualified Accountant – ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA, CA or equivalent with 2 years + post qualified experience
