Requirements

- level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award ideal
- minimum 3 years relevant experience in Indian or Bangladeshi cuisine
- some awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations and chemical safety preferred
- enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you
- adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
- supervising experience: 1 year
