job Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the trampoline park, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
communicate financial targets and KPIs to the team, while implementing effective plans to ensure target attainment
maintain adherence to all contracts, licenses, and documentation necessary for the safe and effective operation of the park
investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, utilising a comprehensive case management system
assist in the implementation, maintenance, and management of an effective system of controls, covering both financial and non-financial aspects of the business
Education
certificate of Higher Education
Requirements
flexibility in working hours, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, as the park operates on extended hours
minimum of 2 years' proven leadership experience is essential
experience in managing health and safety processes is essential
possession of an IOSH Working Safely qualification is desirable
strong prioritisation skills, able to manage tasks effectively within competing deadlines
experience working in a café environment is desirable
first Aid qualification or willingness to obtain one is preferred
flexible and responsive to swiftly address risks and compliance queries
