  • job Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the trampoline park, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • communicate financial targets and KPIs to the team, while implementing effective plans to ensure target attainment
  • maintain adherence to all contracts, licenses, and documentation necessary for the safe and effective operation of the park
  • investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, utilising a comprehensive case management system
  • assist in the implementation, maintenance, and management of an effective system of controls, covering both financial and non-financial aspects of the business

Education

  • certificate of Higher Education

Requirements

  • flexibility in working hours, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, as the park operates on extended hours
  • minimum of 2 years' proven leadership experience is essential
  • experience in managing health and safety processes is essential
  • possession of an IOSH Working Safely qualification is desirable
  • strong prioritisation skills, able to manage tasks effectively within competing deadlines
  • experience working in a café environment is desirable
  • first Aid qualification or willingness to obtain one is preferred
  • flexible and responsive to swiftly address risks and compliance queries
