Responsibility
- dealing with customer enquiries / query resolving
- dealing with enquiries, emails and distributing/actioning, including pre-invoicing query resolution, as required
- to recognise the importance of fairness and equality in the workplace, to treat everyone with dignity and respect
- work closely with Operations so jobs can be completed efficiently and collaboratively
- supporting and administrating the Sales Managers in numerous tasks
- managing the house accounts and providing quotations, ensuring they are followed up
- keeping sales opportunity up to date and accurate reflecting live stages of the quotes
- raising new jobs on the jobs database, ensuring incomplete jobs are reprogrammed and costed for work in progress purposes at the end of each month
Requirements
- good attitude with desire to learn
- experience working in an office/ site environment
- experience using Microsoft packages
- higher level education
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- polite and approachable at all times
- excellent telephone and negotiation skills
- must be detail conscious with a high regard for accuracy and well organised
