Responsibility

  • the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of both short term and long term rentals for our clients
  • handling all maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • completing property inspections, check-in’s, viewings
  • drawing up new tenancies including tenancy renewals
  • push the marketing of all of our properties across our website and social media channels
  • use QuickBooks to create invoices
  • oversee the daily management of our API system for short term rentals, ensuring all guest messages are responded to and bookings are correct
  • use DPS to log deposits
