Responsibility

  • create data-driven strategies to grow SEO and Paid Search channels
  • set performance objectives for each channel and then continually monitor performance and optimise where necessary to ensure maximum delivery
  • provide customer-focused, actionable insights, then use learnings to drive channel decisions for future activity
  • develop, implement, and report on iterative testing
  • work collaboratively with Social Media manager to ensure consistent marketing communications and to support trade, customer and brand goals
  • research, development, implementation and reporting on opportunities to test and learn, including opportunities to grow brand awareness, acquisition and customer retention
  • being aware of the latest customer insight, primarily customer experiences/reviews, to help identify opportunities to scale digital presence

Requirements

  • A good understanding of all digital channels
  • experience managing complex Paid Search accounts and technical SEO tools
  • confidence in interacting with Senior Leaders, agencies and customers
  • prior experience using Hubspot & WordPress would be a bonus
  • must be self-sufficient and highly independent
