- due to the nature of this post, there will be the need to respect, at all times, the requirement for a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the post holders' activities
- LIASING WITH: All member of TACT staff and volunteers, Board of Trustees, external partners/agencies, service providers and suppliers
- lead on special projects as assigned
- contribute reports and statistics as necessary
- manage all aspects of the personnel function within the organisation ensuring Employee Handbook, sickness and absence/holiday records, policies and procedures meet legal requirements, are maintained, accurate and compliant
