Responsibility

- check-in and check-out clients, ensuring accurate documentation of client information, collect payments
- assist veterinary surgeon with various tasks as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- handle client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism
- perform other administrative duties as assigned
