Responsibility

- assist patients with filling out necessary forms and paperwork
- answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
- respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information to callers
- address new patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- offer information regarding our services, treatments, and pricing
- schedule appointments for new and existing patients, coordinating with clinic schedules
- maintain a database of new patient inquiries for tracking and follow-up purposes
