Responsibility

  • the Client Support Administrator will be responsible for ensuring our supply chain deliver the required services to our clients
  • the role requires a high level of relationship building and the ability to successfully resolve conflict
  • the Client Support Administrator will be responsible for providing support and services to clients regarding the operation and use of Oasis units whilst on hire
  • the role will be working within Advanté’s Client Operations Team to ensure the best standards of service and support is delivered to our clients
  • the Client Support Administrator will be responsible for liaising directly with clients giving regular progress updates and providing continuous support, resolving operational issues over the phone via telemetry
  • the Client Support Administrator will be required to cover all roles within the Client Operations Service department, therefore sales experience and product knowledge is essential
