Requirements
- at least 5 years’ experience in a HR or recruitment role
- A proven and demonstratable ability to show innovative recruitment thinking

- UK residency with full settled status
Responsibility
- APS are the official UK authorised service partners for many of the major EV charger manufacturers - you will be instrumental in helping to build our engineering field service resource who work with premium brands to commission, maintain and repair Rapid and Ultra rapid DC EV chargers
- we are looking to recruit at least 20 new field service positions over the next 3-5 years then maintaining a total of around 40-50 staff, ensuring a high level of retention
- the position may appeal to HR Executives who want to get creative with the recruitment and selection process or Recruitment Professionals that want to be more invested in onboarding and longer term employee happiness and welfare
