Responsibility
- we are currently looking for a Branch Assistant to join the ADI team at our Birmingham branch
- you will also work with other departments to provide sales support whilst using your knowledge to advise on our products
- as a Branch Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct support in selling our security products and/or services to new and existing customers
- you will be working in a busy, demanding environment where you will be completing orders with good attention to detail and ensuring the sales process delivers a high-quality service to our customers
- this role is a Monday-to-Friday position , competitive salary with a quarterly bonus, and offers excellent, long-term opportunities to develop a career in B2B sales and customer service
- deal with multiple tasks - order management, phone queries, stock control
Requirements
- prior sales/customer service experience - preferably in a trades/wholesale environment
- ability to multi-task
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- ability to work effectively in a team
