- proven experience in telecoms software testing
- experience and knowledge of Asterisk, VoIP, & SIP
- ISTQB Agile Tester Certification or equivalent
- solid understanding of SQL and ability to understand complex queries
- experience with Functional and Non-Functional testing
- experience with various Testing methodologies
- experience with Agile development frameworks, methodologies, and tools
- ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibility
- working on both verification and validation of services with a commitment to Quality
- assist in diagnosing and investigate issues and communicate status and findings to development, tier one support teams, and stakeholders
- be an advocate for best practices
- collaborate with customer and business stakeholders at a technical level
- you should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and take complete ownership of the life-cycle of features - concept, development, testing, deployment, and support
- mentoring and Coaching members of the team
- become an integral member of the team testing the backend, frontend services, and core applications which will be the basis new features for our telephone interpreting service
