Requirements
proven experience in telecoms software testing
experience and knowledge of Asterisk, VoIP, & SIP
ISTQB Agile Tester Certification or equivalent
solid understanding of SQL and ability to understand complex queries
experience with Functional and Non-Functional testing
experience with various Testing methodologies
experience with Agile development frameworks, methodologies, and tools
ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

working on both verification and validation of services with a commitment to Quality
assist in diagnosing and investigate issues and communicate status and findings to development, tier one support teams, and stakeholders
be an advocate for best practices
collaborate with customer and business stakeholders at a technical level

become an integral member of the team testing the backend, frontend services, and core applications which will be the basis new features for our telephone interpreting service
