- part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- work closely with the marketing team to ensure collateral for host schools is available and tailored to each school
- implement social media activity related to host schools via Twitter and LinkedIn
- coordinate host school events including timings, staff, kit requirements and logistics
- title: Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator
- support the Marketing Team with feeder school marketing projects to distribute marketing materials into local primary schools, businesses and sports clubs
- reporting to: Marketing Manager
- contract: Permanent | Part-time – school term time only
- work with the Marketing Manager to create and execute a communications plan which ensures host schools receive accurate and timely information about our forthcoming programmes
Requirements
- extremely organised with excellent time management
- experience within the school or education sector
- high attention to detail and accuracy
- professional communicator on both email, phone and social media
- educated to degree level
- experience or knowledge of Canva
- pro-active and conscientious, able to adapt and react to booking patterns
- experience with Twitter and LinkedIn
