- provide technical and lubrication support to customers on a range of activities
- develop and lead the Engineering Services part of the business including recruitment, training, resource planning, processes and procedures
- provide Lubeapp support for customers and app development, and training on customers sites
- support the Managing Director and Head of Sales in the role out of Activate Lubrication Excellence Programmes opportunities
- provide MHC training, Lubrication training, oil analysis training, RCA training, condition monitoring training to customers as part of Programmes
- work as Project Manager internally with service contractors to deliver Programmes
- carry out baseline analysis surveys on customer sites
- creating case studies and Lubewins as part of Programmes
Requirements
- engineering background
- project management skills
- strong IT skills and understanding
- excellent communication skills internally and externally
- very comfortable with using a range of IT/ technology platforms, tools, and programmes
- keen to learn and work hard
- degree of flexibility required in this role as it changes and develops
