- ensure the individuals that we support lead valued and fulfilling lives
- to participate in the decision-making process concerning future plans for each service user within their home environment
- to prepare reports and to participate in case reviews on each service user
- to ensure that service user’s medication is administered as prescribed by the General Practitioner for Action for Care Limited
- to undertake ‘Keyworker’ responsibilities
- to ensure that high standards of professional care and practices for service users are established and maintained, including appropriate attention to their physical, cultural, social, educational, recreational, and emotional needs
- to undertake sleeping-in duties
- to participate in and contribute to staff training and development programmes as and when required
