Responsibility

  • you will provide administrative support to an established Financial Planning Company based in Sale, Greater Manchester
  • screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • update the Financial Advisers and the rest of the team with current activity
  • prepare valuations and files for client meetings
  • this is a proactive role which requires you to build and strengthen relationships both with office colleagues as well as clients and introducers
  • check applications to ensure all necessary sections are completed
  • maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • developing improvements within the business
