- label and store food items properly
- maintain stock levels of kitchen supplies and request restocking as needed
- dispose of waste and recyclable materials according to environmental regulations
Requirements
- prior experience in a kitchen setting, preferably as a kitchen assistant or dishwasher
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- basic knowledge of food preparation and food safety practices
- willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
