Responsibility
- to sign up new business sites, gaining agreements within the HoReCa sector against set targets for your territory
- follow the key criteria guidelines when signing up new locations
- visit a database of sites across your agreed territory on a regular basis, build strong relationships and ultimately encourage growth
- have a natural ability to identify new prospects and a proven track record in sales conversion rates
- identify and pioneer your own opportunities, with the aim of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- establish positive business relationships and to present the benefits to prospective partners
- providing regular feedback including recommendations and new innovations
- accurately report the outcome of each visit via a provided smart device to enable a full database of prospects to be built
Requirements
- proven experience in field sales, preferably in a territory-based role and within the HoReCa sector would be ideal, although not essential
- ability to clearly communicate BAT product benefits to a variety of business owners
- relationship Building, Product Knowledge, Commercial Awareness, Influencing skills and Negotiation
- strong sales background and a natural ability in relationship building, underpinned with the drive to succeed
- previous experienced in data capture via smart devices or comparable knowledge
- ability to build rapport with independent business owners and utilise strong influencing skills
