- ensuring client files are up to date and in order
- updating back office systems
- data gathering to assist with the production of client meeting documents
- communicate with clients
- assist with the drafting of reports to ensure that they are produced to a high quality and in a timely manner
- gaining exposure to the full investment advice process
- acquiring knowledge of company procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance
- completing ongoing training following a structured learning and exam programme with the aim of achieving a Diploma in Financial Planning with the Chartered Institute of Insurance
